A recent study in Nature Geoscience points to changes that started around 2010, suggesting Earth’s inner core’s spin was slowing.

(Worthy Insights) – For the first time, a team of Israeli archaeologists has uncovered ancient artifacts at northern Israel’s “Armageddon” site that might offer proof of an epic battle documented in the books of Kings II and Chronicles between a king of Judah and an Egyptian pharaoh.

Two academic papers published earlier this year explained how an unprecedented amount of 7th-century BCE Egyptian pottery was found in recent excavations at Megiddo, suggesting that Egyptian soldiers were indeed in the right biblical place at what could be the right biblical period.

“Megiddo is the only site in Israel and the neighboring countries mentioned in the Bible and in all great records of the Ancient Near East,” said Prof. Israel Finkelstein, head of the School of Archaeology and Maritime Cultures at the University of Haifa and long-time director of the Megiddo Expedition. (Worthy Insights) – The North Carolina Supreme Court has ruled in favor of a mother in the state now allowing her to sue her 14-year-old son’s public school system and a medical provider for reportedly forcing him to get the COVID-19 shot without his or her consent and without her knowledge.

Emily Happel attempted to sue Guilford County Board of Education and Old North State Medical Society in August 2022, alleging battery and infringement of state constitutional rights after her son, Tanner Smith, was forcibly injected with a dose of Pfizer’s COVID shot against his wishes and without parental approval.

However, lower courts dismissed the case after ruling that the 2005 federal Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act protected the school district and the medical provider from any liability.

(Worthy Insights) – Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps revealed one of its underground “missile cities” to Iranian media outlets Wednesday, as tensions with the West boiled over its nuclear program.

An Israeli flag could be seen placed on the ground in the footage at the unveiling — a practice common in the Islamic Republic that allows people to trample the flag as an offense against the Jewish state.

(Worthy Insights) – Archaeologists excavating beneath the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem’s Old City have uncovered evidence of an ancient garden.

The findings, revealed through a landmark excavation conducted as part of renovations in the church, showed evidence of the presence of olive trees and grapevines from around 2,000 years ago. This evidence aligns with the Gospel of John’s description of the site where Jesus was crucified and buried.

(Worthy Insights) – Planned Parenthood, America’s largest abortion provider, is facing challenges from the executive branch, Congress, and the U.S. Supreme Court, which could diminish the organization’s power.

The Trump administration may soon freeze tens of millions of dollars in federal funding for groups providing abortions, including Planned Parenthood. As soon as this week, the Health and Human Services Department could announce a hold on more than $27 million in funds, a spokesperson told the Wall Street Journal.

The department is reviewing grant recipients to make sure they comply with President Trump’s executive orders and federal law. This year, the government was set to distribute $120 million in grants to organizations that deal with family planning. [ Source (Read More…) ]

(Worthy Insights) – Recently declassified CIA documents reveal that in 1988, the CIA conducted an experiment as part of a secret project called Sun Streak, aiming to locate the lost artifact using remote viewing techniques.

In one of these experiments, a person identified as Remote Viewer No. 032 was tasked with finding an unknown target, which was, in fact, the Ark of the Covenant. Without prior knowledge of the target, Remote Viewer No. 032 described a container made of wood, gold, and silver, adorned with images of six-winged angels, and similar in shape to a coffin.

“The target is a container. The container contains another container inside it,” Remote Viewer No. 032 stated, according to the New York Post. (Worthy Insights) – The demonstrators in Gaza who confronted Hamas will face a challenge if they seek to extend their protests. If they can grow and continue for several days, then they may overcome the pushback that generally comes with these types of movements.

The protests spread on Tuesday, and videos appeared to show them in several parts of Gaza. It was difficult to quantify the size or number of the demonstrations because many of the videos showed only a portion of what was taking place.

Most media outlets in Gaza are heavily controlled by Hamas, which means it is difficult to get independent reports on what is happening. (Worthy Insights) – The FBI said on Monday that it has launched a task force to investigate scores of attacks targeting Tesla, the electric vehicle company headed by Trump administration DOGE chief Elon Musk.

The announcement of the task force, which is operating in conjunction with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, came hours after a bomb squad found multiple incendiary devices at a Tesla showroom in Austin, Texas, the same city where the company has its headquarters.
