(Worthy Insights) – There was a significant decrease in terror attacks in the West Bank this Ramadan compared to last year, according to a joint statement released by IDF and Shin Bet on Wednesday.

Ramadan 2024 saw 27 major attacks originating from the West Bank, while this year, only three occurred, marking an 80 percent drop, the statement said.

(Worthy Insights) – Hamas quietly removed the names of thousands of Palestinians it had previously alleged were killed during the Israel-Hamas war, Salo Aizenberg, from the US-based non-profit organisation Honest Reporting told The Telegraph on Wednesday after analyzing Hamas’s March 2025 casualty update.

Hamas has previously claimed that 70% of casualties have been women and children, a claim no longer reflected in their recently updated lists, according to the research. Approximately 72% of fatalities are aged 13-55 and are men – the demographic category aligns with Hamas combatants.

(Worthy Insights) – On Sunday morning, March 23rd, a Russian drone approached the Emmanuel Church compound in Kyiv. It exploded 20 meters from a modular home housing Alexandra, her husband, Oleksandr, and their five-year-old daughter, Nicole.

Pasha Tupchyk, one of the church pastors, explained the house is used, “For people who need sleep and to stay in church. It’s for ministry and something like that. (There was) an explosion, big explosion (that) damaged this house in seconds.”

(Worthy Insights) – A three-year-old Israeli girl has found a scarab-shaped Canaanite amulet dating back some 3,800 years at the site of Tel Azeka near Bet Shemesh, the Israel Antiquities Authority (IAA) announced Tuesday.

Ziv Nitzan, from Moshav Ramot Meir, was hiking with her parents and two older sisters at the foot of the hill where the archaeological site stands when she picked up what appeared to be a small stone.

“We were walking along the path, and then Ziv bent down – and out of all the stones around her, she picked up this particular stone,” Omer Nitzan, Ziv’s sister, said in a statement sent out by the IAA. “When she rubbed it and removed the sand from it, we saw something was different about it. I called my parents to come see the beautiful stone, and we realized we had discovered an archaeological find! Two academic papers published earlier this year explained how an unprecedented amount of 7th-century BCE Egyptian pottery was found in recent excavations at Megiddo, suggesting that Egyptian soldiers were indeed in the right biblical place at what could be the right biblical period.

(Worthy Insights) – The North Carolina Supreme Court has ruled in favor of a mother in the state now allowing her to sue her 14-year-old son’s public school system and a medical provider for reportedly forcing him to get the COVID-19 shot without his or her consent and without her knowledge.

Emily Happel attempted to sue Guilford County Board of Education and Old North State Medical Society in August 2022, alleging battery and infringement of state constitutional rights after her son, Tanner Smith, was forcibly injected with a dose of Pfizer’s COVID shot against his wishes and without parental approval.

However, lower courts dismissed the case after ruling that the 2005 federal Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act protected the school district and the medical provider from any liability.

(Worthy Insights) – Archaeologists excavating beneath the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem’s Old City have uncovered evidence of an ancient garden.

The findings, revealed through a landmark excavation conducted as part of renovations in the church, showed evidence of the presence of olive trees and grapevines from around 2,000 years ago. This evidence aligns with the Gospel of John’s description of the site where Jesus was crucified and buried.

The Trump administration may soon freeze tens of millions of dollars in federal funding for groups providing abortions, including Planned Parenthood. As soon as this week, the Health and Human Services Department could announce a hold on more than $27 million in funds, a spokesperson told the Wall Street Journal.
